AVALON has quite an interesting history. She started out life named GLEAM at 102’ and shortly after delivery her first owner circumnavigated the world with his family. After returning, a six-foot extension was added to allow for greater storage space. Soon thereafter she was sold.

In 1998, her second owner returned the yacht to the builder in New Zealand where she received an entirely new interior and was given her present name. After enjoying many years of world family cruising, AVALON was then re­purchased by her original owner and spent several years cruising the South Pacific.

Three years ago Avalon was purchased by the current owner and transported the Pacific Northwest. The Pacific Northwest is among the finest sailing territories in North America and offers some of the top cruising locations in the world. The adventures and family memories made in the Pacific Northwest while sailing Avalon will be treasured for generations.
Avalon has been Imported in to Canada and is chartering in Desolations Sound, The Campball River region and Victoria.
Avalon is available by the week, Long Weekends or long term. Six guests are very comfortable on Avalon.
